That’s crazy! I had no idea about your story! I’m glad you used it to do constructive things.

I have been accused by a few close friends and family of having a touch of ADHD. I see why they say it. And what you’ve been doing with the notebook is something that I found helped me as well. I record the things that pop into my head and pull on me to veer from my focused path. When I look at them later, I often say “psh, I wanted to spend time on that?!”
