Thanks, Tricia! I’m glad to hear you got the 1GM app. Best of luck with it. I too have nagging back and neck issues. For me, a chair works well, but sitting upright on the floor or a cushion makes it very difficult for me to meditate. I think if you have a chair you can sit in for 20 minutes, that would be best because a really good session of Vedic Meditation can put you into a state much like sleep, and sitting up is the only thing that keeps your body from actually falling asleep. Anyway, I hope you can build it as a habit into your daily routine — it can be a game changer.
