I’m thrilled to see a representation of startups other than the romantic vision that we’re bombarded with all over the internet.

At the end of the day, they’re just people — not always visionaries and geniuses, sometimes with no idea at all how much their business can impact the lives of the people they hire. What’s worse, is that VC firms are lining up to buy into this, and will fund companies while they hire people, displace them, and either burn out or sell out.
