I’m not sure what you have in mind when you talk about “opinions, not facts which are more than simply right or wrong.”

I think what we need to be prepared to do — at least for some very important beliefs we hold — is have an idea of what would make us change our minds. All that requires is for you to understand your evidence for believing what you do, and then ask “if that evidence turned out not to be true, would that make me change my mind?”
