For a statement that carries as much argumentative weight as you mean it to here, I don’t see any facts to support it out there. After all, scientifically speaking, how would you verify or falsify such a claim? Also, what does “successful” mean? Does it mean merely “reaching one’s goals”? If so, just downsize your goals to having 3 meals per day, and boom! you’re successful.
