And I’ll bet the cost of my next airline ticket that one of these two things is true about this douchebag in the story:

1. He didn’t pay for his ticket, his company did.
2. If he did pay for his ticket, he likely would not be willing to pay more so that airlines could spend the funds to better organize contingency plans, get new equipment, hire more people, etc.
